House Call Pest Control expanded to home inspection in the early 2000s, and in 2008 House Call NorthShore territory was born. Joe Cook has been at the helm since that time. During that time, Joe discovered his true calling to educate home inspectors and realtors about home inspections.

2020 was full of changes, and Joe decided he wanted to dedicate more time to teaching. In December 2020, Joe sold the franchise to another franchisee owner, Bill Harris, LHI#10383, who has owned the New Orleans territory since 2008, and Danny Griffin, owner of Pipes-R-Us. Together, they plan to expand the home inspection and video pipe inspection services on the North Shore.
