I started in the construction field over 20 years ago as an independent sub contractor doing a full array of maintenance, repairs and construction. With many years experience working as a Home Warranty Manager and Project Manager for one of the biggest home builders in Northeast Tennessee, I have a vast array of knowledge in identifying problematic issues and defects around the home. I became a licensed General Contractor in 2013 and founded My Property Tech, LLC out of the need for helping homeowners to effectively maintain their homes, preserving their value and preventing unexpected costly repairs. I have received my certification as a CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) through InterNachi and I am also licensed through the state of Tennessee.
