Now, with the new Recommended Contractor Import tool, you save the hassle of manual entries, streamline your workflows, ensure data accuracy, and accelerate time to value with the ability to Import Contractors directly into your Contacts list.
Our inspectors always look for ways to go the extra mile for clients, and the Recommended Contractor feature does just that by allowing you to recommend relevant contractors to clients post inspections, thoughtfully.

This new functionality will be helpful to many inspectors looking to recommend contractors to their clients, however, it’s especially useful for large companies with many trades partners, for whom the manual entry process proved to be quite a hassle.
For those companies that have tens or hundreds of contractors to import and do not want the painstaking process of manual entries, you can now upload lists in bulk, avoiding the nuisance of adding one by one.
Inspectors can import their contractor partners in three simple steps:
1. Upload your file (the image below for reference shows a file being uploaded to the Recommended Contractors section of Spectora)
3. Review your results (the image below for reference shows an example of imported Contractors that need to be reviewed)
In any scenario where not all contractors were correctly imported, we will display those folks so you can not only see which ones didn't make it on that first pass but also allow you to make edits to data right on the screen so we can successfully import them in real time.
