I am an InterNACHI certified inspector, AHIT trained and certified, as well as NRSB radon certified.  I have ten years experience professionally in both residential and commercial construction.  I have a Master’s degree in Education and spent eight years as a Middle School Social Studies Teacher.  I enjoy educating clients through the inspection process and value communication, ensuring my reports are accurate and thorough yet clear and easy to understand.  I currently live in North Kansas City with my wife Heather and our four energetic and awesome kids. I love queso dip, fixing things with my four little helpers, the Iowa Hawkeyes, and soccer.  I strongly dislike green olives, inefficient bureaucracy, and writing “About Me’s” on my website.  I take pride in my job as a home inspector. I know a home is likely your most important investment and will inspect your home as if I were inspecting it for my own family.
