QualitySpec Home Inspection is an experienced inspection company that is fully insured.  All of our inspectors are InterNachi Certified Inspectors (CPI) .  We service the entire Metro Atlanta area, evaluating safety features in a home.  We will identify any significant potential or existing defects that might affect a buyers decision to purchase a home. Also, we will notate immediate repairs or any mechanical or physical components that are reaching the end of their realistic life span. Our goal is to provide you with a clear and accurate report on the condition of those components.  In addition to residential inspections, we offer ancillary services such as termite, mold, pool, radon, and sewer scope.  All of our inspections include thermal imaging and drone usage (within FAA regulations & weather permitting).
