The API now returns foundation type (basement, slab, or crawlspace) with the rest of an inspection's property data. Your connected tools get it automatically, so nobody has to type it in by hand.

Admins can now set pay splits on every service, including ones an inspector is service-limited from. A Service Limited badge shows where limits apply, and auto-assignment still respects them.

Grab one event, skip the rest
The API and Spectora AI Connector (MCP) can now pull a single inspection event by ID, so calendar syncs refresh one event instead of the whole list. That means fewer calls against your monthly quota. The Developer Portal also got a search bar.

Sharper annotations, smoother editing
Annotator handles now stay visible on light and dark photos, the toolbar is easier to customize, and tablet users can pick the expanded or collapsed view. Pasted text keeps its formatting, spell check is back on iOS, and the editor stops jumping while you type.

Your office payment notes, now exportable
Custom Data Exports can now pull internal Payment Notes into their own column. The client-facing option is renamed Payment Invoice Notes, so you grab the right one the first time. Saved reports work the same as before.

Catch spam triggers before you hit send
A new Check Deliverability button scans your Automation templates for wording that might trip spam filters, with plain-language flags marked minor or critical. Fix it or dismiss it, your call. Scanning is optional and never blocks a send.

We fixed an intermittent error that blocked saves after multiple edits in Advanced Automations. When something actually is misconfigured, the error now tells you exactly where to look.

On phones, the online scheduler now shows one week at a time, stops zooming in on iPhone form fields, and gives add-on services their own section so clients stop missing them.

You can now add a Pay at Close Fee of up to $100 to the client's total when they choose Pay at Close. Clients see it as its own line item before checkout, and all your Pay at Close settings now live on one page.

Your app settings follow you everywhere
Mobile app settings now save to your Spectora account instead of your device, so they carry over when you switch phones or reinstall. This release also fixes a crash when switching between apps.
